Born in tea I have spent 40 active years growing, harvest and manufacturing teas and lately marketing teas since 1998. Studying Chinese model and its comparison to India present day system has given me an edge to formulate a paradigm which is more conducive to success. A merchant exporters superiority over a producer exporters proves the importance of knowledge depth with which better selection of teas at the sourcing point instead of forcing ones own produce allows a person to take his organisation ahead of others and ultimate goals. My family run business at later stages allowed me to establish two brands namely "Lochan" and "Doke" internationally and to concoct a process to make a fusion tea at the non-traditional tea growing area of Bihar in India which was finding it difficult to stop human migration in search of food from this otherwise parched land devoid of water just below the Darjeeling hills. Destiny takes a person from places to places and mine was little different one.
