Nicole is the owner of Taste All the Tea, a specialty event organizing venture. She founded & produces the yearly Midwest Tea Festival. She also owns a tiny online tea business, Tea-Historic, that merges her love of teas & dinosaurs. As a part of the Midwest Tea Festival's continuing outreach Nicole hosts a quarterly tasting workshop called Cabinet of Curiosi-Teas that focuses on introducing tea lovers to quality teas & expanding their tea-education. Another quarterly event Nicole hosts is the Kansas City Tea & Literature Club where participants read books tied to tea producing regions, sample tea from those regions and learn more about the tea cultures. A self-described "tea obsessive", with several kitchen cabinets full of tea & a few china cabinets full of teaware, Nicole spends any free time indulging in old favorite teas as well as tasting new ones. She loves to travel & wherever she goes she makes a point of seeking out local tea offerings, especially tea rooms!
