Julee Rosanoff is the Planning Committee Chair and Founder of the NW Tea Festival. Over the past ten years she has helped develop it into one of the largest and most attended community tea festivals in the US. She currently focuses on tea festival development. Previously she was founder and co-owner of the Perennial Tea Room in Seattle, Washington for 27 years.
