Dr. Youngmok Kim received his master’s degree from the University of Florida and his Ph.D. from Texas A&M University where he started tea research. After completion of his Ph.D. in tea science/chemistry, he has worked at Synergy flavors, one of the largest tea flavor and extract producers along with various tea beverages in the nation for 10 years as a senior research scientist.
