Victoria is an engineer, tea educator and consultant. Founder of El Club del Té (The Tea Club), the largest club in the world dedicated to promoting tea culture with more than 300,000 members in social networks. Victoria performs academic activities in Spanish, English, Italian and Portuguese language, most of them in Europe and Latin America, and also online. She is author of the book “Tea Sommelier Handbook” written with Jane Pettigrew, and the book “The Alchemy of Tea”, a tea blending manual. She is also founder of Charming Blends, a teashop dedicated to specialty teas, she writes for specialized magazines and newspapers, and she teaches tea blending, cupping, sensory evaluation and the certified tea sommelier course, among other tea courses.
