Mr. Golden is the Director of the Secure Mobility and Special Communications Group for National Information Systems at AT&T Global Public Sector. He has over 25 years of experience designing, deploying, and operating secure telecommunications networks. In his current role with AT&T, Mr. Golden serves as the technical lead for the Secure Mobility Practice within Government Public Sector, focusing on building unique, high value capabilities to augment mobility infrastructure for US Government customers. Efforts include development and implementation of mobile security solutions, development of hardened, trusted mobile devices, and test and evaluation of mobile technologies as well as subject matter expertise consulting in support of US Government mission requirements. Mr. Golden also provides overall technical guidance to programs in support of the Intelligence Community, White House, Department of State, and other national security organizations in the areas of Network Engineering, Network Transition, Enterprise Network Architecture, Information Assurance, Certification & Accreditation, Computer Network Defense, Security Engineering and Incident Response. During his 20 years with AT&T Mr. Golden has held a number of positions supporting such activities as Research and Development, Operations and Maintenance, Network Convergence, Systems Integration and Analysis, Web, Database, and other Software Development, and the development of specialized facilities and infrastructure for continuity of operations. Prior to joining AT&T, Mr. Golden served 10 years with the Central Intelligence Agency as a Telecommunications Engineer and Telecommunications Manager. He is a licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in the Commonwealth of Virginia as well as a Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP). Mr. Golden holds both Bachelors and Masters Degrees in Electrical Engineering from Clemson University.
