Zane Hunt is co-founder and co-owner of Via 313 Pizza in Austin, Texas, which was started out of a small stationary food trailer in 2011 and now has four locations, two restaurants and two trailers. A Detroit native, Zane and his brother and co-owner Brandon, have been at the forefront of the current Detroit-style craze that has been spreading across the country. Sales at Via 313 now top more than $8 million annually.
