Patrick Eager is a thought leader and strategic implementer in the Federal identity management and biometrics space. He has built coalitions and unified strategic objectives between diverse federal entities to enhance the personnel and cyber security posture within the Federal Government while leveraging collective buying power and reducing redundant efforts to realize cost efficiencies. He currently operates within the Department of Homeland Security as the Deputy Director of the Enterprise Security Services Division and the Department’s Homeland Security Presidential Directorate – 12 (HSPD-12) Enterprise Program Manager. Specific focus areas include; organizational development, continuous evaluation/addressing insider threat, enterprise identity and credential management, governance towards integration with continuous diagnostics and mitigation, and secure access to facilities and systems. Mr. Eager has a diverse background in Federal Government and in commercial industry focusing on business development, and program acquisition and contract management. He has proven experience in successfully developing, managing, and delivering commercial, government and military (both domestic and foreign) programs to include information technology, identity & biometric management, aviation security international development, intelligence, C4ISR, emergency planning, hazard assessment, CBRNE/WMD defense, infrastructure protection, domestic and international border security/protection, system/technology development and refinement, training and exercise development, facilitation, and evaluation. Mr. Eager holds a B.A. in Business Management from American Intercontinental University, an M.A. in Project Management from Boston University, and an M.P.A focused on Executive Leadership from American University.
