Mary Ann Bucklan is the Director of Research at Employment Technologies, located in Winter Park, Florida. Mary Ann has more than 20 years of experience in the areas of selection, test development, and validation research. Prior to joining Employment Technologies, she held consulting roles at Lucent Technologies and Wilson Learning Corporation. Mary Ann holds a B.S. in Psychology from University of Florida and an M.S. in Industrial/Organizational Psychology from University of Central Florida.
