Bill Bertrand is General Manager and operating partner of a franchised Mazda dealership in Western Wisconsin (consistently one of the top volume used-car sales operations in the state of WI, despite being in a rural area). The dealership has a five-year volume of approximately 2,000 pre-owned units per year and a 6 to 1 new-to-used ratio. Bill is a member of Mazda National Dealer Council and a partner in Audi VW dealership as well. Bill considers himself a progressive change agent that is fluid with the evolution of the auto industry and continually striving to adapt to the evolving needs, wants, and expectations of today's consumer in our industry.
