Zachari Tollakson joined the Foreign Type Laboratory in Monroe, WI two years ago as the Director of Laboratory Operations. He earned a Bachelor of Science in Medical Microbiology and Immunology from the University of Wisconsin - Madison. He has had many years of hands on exposure to the cheese making industry and oversees the Quality Functions at the Laboratory.
