Ashley Brown is the Senior Director of Operations for Revenue Cycle Management for Brightree. Ashley actively monitors operational performance to anticipate and meet the needs of Brightree's customers. She leads a team of Payer Analysts, Quality Assurance and Intake Specialists who focus on workflow efficiencies, optimizing collections and providing quality customer care. Ashley and her team of experts have worked with hundreds of different customers across the Brightree platform for over 15 years. Her expertise, along with her team, provides customers better proficiency and a greater knowledge of the revenue cycle management and payer functions.
