Kelly T. Custer, Esq., is an attorney with the Health Care Group at Brown & Fortunato, a law firm with a national health care practice based in Texas. He represents pharmacies, infusion companies, HME companies, and other health care providers throughout the United States. In addition, Kelly has significant experience in joint ventures, hospital work, compliance, physician group practices, pharmacies, home health and nursing homes from both legal and business perspectives. He received a B.S. in Business Decision Sciences from Miami University in Oxford, Ohio and a J.D. from Duke University School of Law. Kelly also studied law at the University of Arizona and Universidad Austral in Buenos Aires, Argentina.
