As Director of Credentialing, Matt Gruskin, MBA, BOCO, CO, BOCPD is responsible for leading the direction, strategy, policies, and day-to-day operations of BOC’s accreditation and certification programs. Matt has 15 years of experience in the healthcare ecosystem, with nearly a decade of experience in DMEPOS clinical care and operations management. Matthew’s role at BOC is focused on growth of the credentialing programs, ensuring excellent customer service, and implementing Lean Six Sigma strategies throughout the company. He holds an MBA in healthcare from Florida International University, a post-graduate certificate in O&P from University of Hartford, and another post-graduate certificate from the International School of Pedorthics.
