Paul Connell is a partner with the law firm Cozen O'Connor. As one of the few lawyers in the United States to have served as both a state chief deputy attorney general and federal prosecutor, Paul is sought after by clients in high-stakes investigations and litigation brought across the country by state Attorneys General and the U.S. Department of Justice. He regularly defends clients in health care fraud matters, including pharmacies, DME manufacturers and distributors, and telehealth providers. Paul also maintains an active white collar defense practice in a variety of areas, including cases involving federal and state False Claims Act statutes, Medicaid and Medicare regulations, the Anti-Kickback Statute, and the Stark Law. As an award-winning prosecutor, his cases have been featured on Nightline, 20/20, and The Oprah Winfrey Show.
