John Wright, a flavorist for more than 40 years, was responsible for UK Flavors and R&D in BBA and flavors technical in IFF. His book, Flavor Creation, is now published by Blurb. Consultancies include Mondelez, Renessenz, Medallion, Wacker and Synthite. Memberships include the SFC and Fellow of the RSC and the BSF.
