Eric Roberts is a highly respected Talent Acquisition professional in the Hospitality space. Eric has a Bachelor Degree in Hospitality Management from the top ranked Northern Arizona University HRM program and over 10 years of Talent Acquisition experience. Eric honed his recruiting expertise with one of the largest US staffing firms and has since been a leader of in-house recruiting for two organizations in the hospitality industry. Eric is grateful to be representing such an iconic So-Cal brand in El Pollo Loco, Inc. where he utilizes his skills in Talent Acquisition to leverage a number of innovative and targeted digital recruiting strategies. By applying the employment data gained from the local markets for each EPL restaurant, he has successfully increased the application flow from 150 applications per year per restaurant to nearly 600. He loves what he does!
