Kara Landau is a NYC based Australian registered Dietitian, media representative nutrition advisor to the Global Prebiotic Association, and founder of the global prebiotic food company, Uplift Food - Good Mood Food. Kara is regularly called on throughout the global media and at industry trade show events to provide expert opinions and share insights into the nutritional science and innovation in the food supply on the topic of prebiotics and gut health. A previous spokesperson to the Dietitians Association of Australia, and a respected leader in the industry, Kara sheds light on the most progressive food companies, new ingredients to look out for from across the globe, and how businesses can identify themselves as at the forefront when it comes to clean eating trends in the gut health space. Kara will be found presenting at Supply Side West in Las Vegas and HI Europe in Germany in 2018 sharing her insights on prebiotics and their place in the food supply.
