Ken Tam is the Executive Director of Personalized Learning and Assessment and works nationally for Curriculum Associates. He advises districts on their implementation of Assessment and Instruction systems and helps educators develop Assessment Literacy to improve their ability to connect data to instruction. Ken is a former teacher and district administrator with more than 20 years of practice in educational technology with a primary focus on building the culture and settings that support successful application of new pedagogical approaches in classrooms. He serves as a thought leader on Implementation and Personalized Learning and speaks widely at regional and national conferences on how districts can enhance their implementation and make positive change happen.
