Rather than focusing on funneling all learners into one narrow pathway to postsecondary success, or sticking with the traditional measures of college- and career-readiness, it is important for schools to consider each student’s particular needs, the potential demonstrated by each unique individual, and new ways to support and evaluate skill development. In this panel discussion, expert panelists will analyze different ways that technology can enhance skill development, give a better accounting of students’ unique skillsets than simple transcripts or assessments, and prepare students for success in a variety of postsecondary pathways.
