Rachael Stafford, Esq.
President
Stafford Accessibility Consultants

Rachael dove head first into the world of accessibility in the amusement industry. Recognizing a need for greater guest access throughout the amusement and entertainment industry, Rachael attended her first IAAPA in Orlando, Florida, in 2015. “The rest, as they say, is history,” says Rachael. Since attending that first IAAPA, Rachael has seen the need for accessibility information be in high demand, both nationally and internationally. Rachael has conducted accessibility training for some of the largest theme parks in the world, and for some of the smallest family entertainment centers in the country. In addition to training and education, Rachael works to advise on regulation and policy. Rachael sits as a voting member of several ASTM committees and is part of an IAAPA accessibility workgroup. Rachael was requested to speak with the Canadian government on new accessibility laws and is working on several international projects. A licensed attorney, Rachael served for nearly four years as the Director of Rocky Mountain ADA Center. As Director, Rachael was responsible for ensuring the Center advised a six-state region on compliance with disability law, web accessibility, and government responsibilities, as well as reviewed current ADA case trends. Rachael enjoys spending her time training and educating people about the ADA and all disability right laws. Rachael is a member of IALDA.
