Mr. Russ Wilson is the Policy lead at the Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency. He leads efforts to assess, develop, and coordinate policy implementation across the DoD forensics and biometrics enterprise. He has been working in the DoD biometrics since 2004, and is retired from the United States Air Force.
