Holly Phelps is Deputy Director for the Cyber Information Group, in the Office of Critical Infrastructure Protection at the U.S. Department of the Treasury. She previously held positions as Senior Sanctions Policy Advisor in Treasury’s Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC), and International Trade Compliance Analyst in the U.S. Department of Commerce. Holly has a BA from Seton Hall University and an MA from the Johns Hopkins University, Paul H. Nitze School of Advanced International Studies.
