Mr. William Zimmerman is the Chief Engineer for the Defense Forensics and Biometrics Agency (DFBA), Office of the Provost Marshal General, Headquarters Department of the Army. In support of the Army’s Executive Agent responsibilities for biometrics, he is DFBA’s technical lead for coordinating science and technology, metrics and capabilities across the DoD Biometrics Enterprise. As a Department of the Army Civilian at DFBA and its predecessor organizations since 2009, Mr. Zimmerman has also served as Capabilities Integration Division Chief, Chief Information Officer (Acting), and Programs Division Chief.
