Michael Semenoro is a Project Leader for the Intelligence and Information Warfare Directorate, Communications-Electronics Research, Development and Engineering Center (CERDEC). He has 22 years of experience planning the execution and coordination of Research and Development, and Production Engineering project activities that were deployed, and field to the warfighter. He contributed to a 2010 Earn Value Management award for a fire support system cost savings along with deploying a communication system that earned one of the top ten US Army inventions for 2008. He co-authored, published, and presented a technical paper in 1998 to the IEEE entitled “Joint Tactical Terminal Simulation Using a High Level Architecture Approach” that outline a method to reduce test costs. Mr. Michael Semenoro was in private industry for 16 years holding various management and technical positions within Aerospace, and Business Machine industry. He holds a Bachelor and Master degree in Electrical Engineering with a minor in biomedical from New Jersey Institute of Technology and Fairleigh Dickinson University, New Jersey.
