Debbie Christiansen returns to WTE bringing her expertise in cafe operations and mom skills. As Café Barnabas’ Operations Director, she’s responsible for developing an efficient workflow, recipes, and training programs. Her most difficult job is managing three kids and a creative, 100 mph thinking husband. Join her as she shares her insight into flavor, mentoring 150 volunteers, kid sleighing, and the tea business.
