Maxwell has 6 years of experience in the Electric Utility Industry with National Grid. For five of those years, Maxwell worked in Substation Engineering and Design to add and upgrade electrical substation infrastructure across New York State. He now works in Distribution Controls and Integration adding smart distribution equipment to increase grid reliability. He received his Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering from Clarkson University in 2013 and his Masters in Power System Management from Worcester Polytechnic Institute in 2016.
