Sarah Delille is currently working in the Statoil US Offshore organization as Facilities, Technology, and Asset Manager. In this capacity, she manages a team of facilities engineers who are involved in early phase and execution projects for both Statoil operated and non-operated assets. Sarah also serves as the US Offshore technology manager and follows up a development project operated in the Gulf of Mexico. Sarah returned back to Houston recently, in August 2015, after a 3 years assignment in Norway, where she worked first as a Project Controls and Quality/Risk Manager in Aasta Hansteen project in the Norwegian Sea. She then went on to work in the Investment Arena, an advisory group to the CEO and the Corporate Executive Committee on investment and divestment projects worldwide. Sarah has 13 years’ experience from both contractors and operators, in Engineering, R&D, Project Management & Controls and Investment Analysis. Prior to Joining Statoil in January 2010, Sarah worked for both Total and J. Ray McDermott and has worked internationally in 5 countries. Sarah is a registered Professional Engineer in the State of Texas. She has a Bachelor’s degree in Maths and Physics, a Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and an MBA with a major in Finance, all from French universities. She is an avid swimmer and has a strong interest in outdoor activities.
