Since 1996, I have worked for CNOOC nearly 20 years. As a principle drilling engineer, my job is about R&D on drilling tools and equipment. From 1998 to 2012, I hosted the R&D plan about rotatory drilling system. Recently, I am focusing on the comprehensive R&D project about deepwater drilling technology and rig.
