Currently Global Engineering and Technology Leader at Cortland. Has been with Cortland for eight years and was previously VP of Sales and Engineering for North America. Prior to working for Cortland Mr. Padilla was the North American Technical Sales Manager for Teijin Aramid as well as the head of operations for Mexico. Currently a member of the Board of Directors and Past President of the Cordage Institute. Mr. Padilla holds a degree in Polymer Chemistry and currently resides in Houston, USA with his wife and two daughters.
