Mr. Garcia is the Integrity Management Engineering Lead at Wood Group Kenny. He has over 25 year experience in the areas of Materials Engineering and Mechanical Integrity, including corrosion assessments, materials selection, technical specification and failure analysis of production equipment. He has developed and reviewed for approval fabrication specifications for line pipe (SCR and flowlines), flange and fittings, induction bends, valves and stress joints for offshore engineering projects in the Gulf of Mexico, Australia and Africa. His experience also includes the development of Mechanical Integrity programs for subsea systems, including Risk Based Inspection and Integrity Management Plans. Mr. Garcia has utilized his broad industry experience to manage multidisciplinary studies related to the condition assessment of offshore facilities and life extension studies.
