Dr. Mansour is the Marine Engineering Manager with INTECSEA, WorleyParsons Group in Houston. He has nineteen years of engineering and engineering management experience in the offshore and coastal engineering fields. Key projects include the design and management of Tension Leg Platforms (TLPs), Semisubmersibles and Single Column Floaters. Dr. Mansour has a Ph.D in Hydrodynamics from the University of Houston. Before joining INTECSEA, he served as the Naval Architecture Department Manager with Versamarine Engineering and as a Principal Naval Architect with ABB Lummus Global in Houston. He served as a Lecturer in the fall of 2013 in the University of Houston, Texas. He is also an Associate Professor (on leave) from Cairo University, Egypt. Dr Mansour holds several patents for new floaters designs.
