Twenty two (22) years of management, engineering, and research experience in naval architecture, hydrodynamics and structure design for offshore oil and gas industry. Projects have included Ten-sion Leg Platforms (TLPs), Spars, FPUs, fixed platforms, jack-up platforms, mobile offshore base, and river crane barges. Specific areas of competence are tension leg platform and floating struc-ture global performance analysis and structure design, hydrodynamic analysis, hydrodynamic and wind model testing, transportation and installation engineering for offshore structures, jack-up plat-form analysis and design, mooring system analysis and design, stability analysis, wave statistics analysis, reliability analysis, and software development
