Keep California Beautiful (KCB) has developed new campus affiliate program (CAP) using a web-based registration and metrics dashboard to report requirements related to waste reduction, recycling, reuse and litter as well as capture related volunteer efforts. The audience will be able to review results including dashboard graphics and maps showing how the program helps aggregate data into variety of formats. A litter app permits student to conduct audits, collect data and capture photos to be analyzed by students, staff and faculty to determine litter sources and behavior change solutions. The tools help better document and communicate everything from solid waste mandates, to waste audits, to litter accumulations. Chat Badger, an integrated social media platform, will be demonstrated to show ease of communicating results more effectively.
