Tracks: Regulation and Compliance
This panel of Tribal cannabis professionals will provide attendees with an overview of the current state of the cannabis industry in Indian Country. We’ll cover legal issues for both on- and off-reservation cannabis operations; operational development; regulatory, licensing, internal control provisions; hemp production and the Farm Bill; and financial statement and inventory auditing activities. We’ll also discuss the external legal and banking challenges impacting Tribal governments electing to engage in cannabis cultivation.
