Ronald Flores, CSP has close to 20 years of Casino Surveillance experience and currently serves as a Commissioner for the Pechanga Gaming Commission. During his career having started as a Surveillance Agent at the Pechanga Casino & Resort where he achieved the Surveillance Director role and has also worked in Compliance during his career in Indian Gaming. He has contributed to educational programs and professional development of his colleagues and has provided volunteer leadership to the ASIS International's Gaming and Wagering Protection Council (GWPC). In 2013, Ronald was appointed to a 2 year term as the Chair for the GWPC and is serving through the end of 2015. He has initiated a new working group for 2015 with the GWPC that will establish best practices for Technology Innovation for the Casino Industry. Ronald has also been quoted and has published articles in casino industry publications.
