Taste Differences of Regionally Specific Mint Oils

There are distinct taste and analytical differences of peppermint oils distilled from the same botanical variety but originating from different regions. Mentha piperita oil from the Yakima Valley in Washington State tastes different than Mentha piperita oil from the Willamette Valley in Oregon. In this Innovation Presentation we are going to look at the analytical differences while samples for tasting will be available to at the Citrus and Allied table top.
