Food writer Jeff Gordinier will be in conversation with David Zilber, who heads up the Fermentation Lab at the world renowned Restaurant Noma in Copenhagen. The two will explore ideas behind what makes food delicious to chefs and diners alike and explore the going ons of the Fermentation Lab's explorations on the frontiers of fine dining.
