From building a BDC at multiple dealerships and helping take Dan Cummins Chevrolet from 150 to over 900 units a month, Joshua Mitchell has developed the foundation for building a powerhouse. Josh will bring his expertise in building and maintaining a high-performing BDC to the forefront to facilitate a collaborative, large-group problem-solving session.
During this IDS (identify -> discuss -> solve) interactive session (open to dealership attendees only), you’ll have the opportunity to meet, learn from, and work together with dealerships peers from across the U.S. to:
- Identify the greatest pain points when it comes to BDCs.
- Discuss what people/processes/technology cause those issues.
- Solve these problem areas by exchanging ideas/perspective, and collectively as a group, decide the best course of actions and build a powerhouse approach that everyone can leave with to help alleviate those pain points.
