Effective communication, equal access, assistive technology – in addition to your IDEA obligations, are you prepared to meet your Section 504 and ADA requirements when technology is involved? Attorney David Rubin will address trends in case law and administrative guidance regarding technology accommodations. He’ll explore best practices for responding to assistive technology requests for 504-eligible students as well as explain the intersection of the IDEA, Section 504, and the ADA when students with communication disabilities request auxiliary aids or services.
