David represents public school districts and private schools throughout New Jersey, including private schools for the disabled, and has argued numerous precedent-setting cases at all levels of the state and federal court system. He has served as President of the New Jersey Association of School Attorneys, Chair of the National School Boards Association’s Council of School Attorneys and Chair of the New Jersey State Bar Association’s School Law Committee.
