There is mounting science and credible evidence that following a plant based eating pattern and liefstyle is not only the best for health outcomes but also for the planet. Consumers are asking more and more for plant based options. 

In my practice, patients come in asking how to improve their healthy outcome. As a RD, Maya Feller translates the science of nutrition into digestible actionable yet sustainable tools for success. She works from the ideal of prescribing whole and minimally processed diet based on plants. This is the opposite of the standard American diet that is rich in pro-inflammatory foods and beverages and increased the risk of diet related chronic illness.
