Beer sales are much different than they were ten years ago: consumption is falling, prices are rising and the scope of available brands is larger than ever. Which raises the question of how to engage a customer base of boomers through to millennials who now switch easily from light beer to craft IPAs and between wine, cocktails, spirits and beer.
