A veteran drinks writer with over 27 years and a dozen books to his credit, including the recently published Beer & Food Companion and The World Atlas of Beer (co-authored with Tim Webb), Stephen Beaumont’s work appears regularly in such publications as Whisky Advocate, the Globe and Mail newspaper and Food & Drink. He has through the years worked with a large number of hospitality companies, including the Disney Corporation, Starwood Hotels and Resorts and Crystal Cruises.
