NFPA 3000 is now out, Warm zone ems for first responders is now the acceptable standard and most likely your agency has begun some kind of training in it. But the reality is you must train and prepare your schools, citizens and other target hazards to be able to respond and act correctly in these life changing events. This lecture will teach you how to approach, prepare and educate your citizenry in schools, businesses, houses of worship and all other target hazards. It will focus on identifying hazards and threats to facilities, hardening your target hazards and responding to an event when it occurs as a citizen.
