Ofer Lichtman, is the founder of High Threat Innovations and is a Fire Engineer / Paramedic in Southern California Fire Dept. where he serves as the Terrorism Liaison Officer Coordinator and a Task Force Officer to the FBI's JTTF. He was instrumental in developing his regions Terrorism Awareness Program and county wide Active Shooter Response Program. Ofer is a technical advisor for NFPA 3000 and voting committe member on C-TECC.
