The wind resource community often utilizes data science to solve complex problems for assessments in development and operations. How the data is mined and interpreted plays a vital role in the accuracy of the end result. This session will explore the various datasets available to our community, how they are being analyzed, the results they provide, and how they are being validated. The focus will be on current and future problems facing our practice. More details to come once abstracts are selected.
