The measurement of steady-state and dynamic pressure is critical for airframe and gas turbine health monitoring, design validation, research and active flight/engine control. This tutorial will introduce engineers to the techniques for improving the accuracy of pressure measurements using established transducer installation practices and design strategies for optimizing the complete measurement chain from the transducer to the acquisition hardware.
