Steve Carter is the Technical Director of Instrumentation and Applications for Kulite Semiconductor Products, Inc.  Prior to joining Kulite, Steve served as the System Architect for instrumentation, data acquisition and control systems at the world’s largest and most advanced aerospace ground test complex, Arnold Engineering Development Complex.
