This presentation follows the guidelines of the national curriculum that the presenter is establishing in multiple universities. The program is geared towards probationary firefighters to the chief officers. This presentation will discuss three distinct areas: (1) awareness of the problem of cancer in the fire service; (2) accepting that there is a problem; and (3) taking action against the problem. The presentation is focused on research performed by the presenter as well as other leading researching entities.
